The Night
Everyone knows we love Halloween — so what better night to marry the person you'd haunt the afterlife with? We couldn't be happier to summon you at sunset for a spellbound, candlelit evening in one of our favorite spooky cities on Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The Location
New Orleans might be the most haunted city in America — gas-lit and worn, full of great music, old cocktails, and even older ghosts. We can't wait to bring some of you back with us, and to show the rest of you why we love it.
We'll gather at The Lanaux Mansion, an 1879 landmark whose iron balconies and shadowed parlors have graced the silver screen. You'll find it just outside the revelry of the French Quarter, within earshot of the jazz on Frenchmen Street.

Your Accommodations
Halloween in New Orleans is one of the busiest weekends of the year, and rooms in and around the French Quarter fill up fast — we strongly suggest booking your stay as soon as possible. One note for planning: the evening will be adults-only, so please arrange your travel accordingly.
Here are a few places we love, all a short trip from The Lanaux:
Hotel Peter & Paul
A converted 19th-century church, schoolhouse, and rectory in the Marigny. Atmospheric and very close to The Lanaux.
Four Seasons
If you want to be thoroughly taken care of on the Mississippi River, with sweeping views of the Quarter.
The Barnett — formerly The Ace
Stylish, central, with a good bar and rooftop. The former Ace Hotel — now under Hyatt — keeps its creative bones, right in the heart of the Warehouse Arts District.
Virgin Hotel
Modern and lively, a bit more downtown. A good pick if you want a newer, full-service hotel with a rooftop pool and an easy ride to the venue.
Hotel Saint Vincent
A little further out in the beautiful Garden District, but it's where we got engaged, so it comes recommended for sentimental reasons as much as anything.
Airbnb
The French Quarter, Marigny, and Bywater are full of beautiful short-term rentals, and splitting a place with other guests can be a great way to go — just book early, since Halloween listings disappear quickly.
The Lanaux itself has a handful of suites, most spoken for by family and the wedding party. If you'd love to stay where it all happens, let us know — if anything opens up once our inner circle is settled, we'll point it your way.
